They sell curry at places like that, but they also sell them at our local stores now too. What you're looking for is something like this: [link] They look like big curry chocolate bars on the inside. You just snap off the pieces, mince up some onion and garlic, saute, then add water and the curry blocks. It cooks down into a DELICIOUS rich sauce that's absolutely amazing!
