From when I made delicious Nikujaga! :love: I love eating this in the wintertime. :heart:

Nikujaga 「肉じゃが」 is a Japanese stew made of potatoes, carrots, onion, and meat (beef or pork) stewed in a sweetened broth made of soy sauce, dashi, sake, and mirin, usually topped with sweet snap peas. This is something I've been making for years and I never ever get sick of it~★
