Vanilla Orange Cupcakes w/ Marshmallow Meringue

Well, it just wouldn't be Halloween without some kind of cupcake, right?

So I made these yummy Vanilla Orange Cupcakes with Marshmallow Meringue Topping! ヾ(●´▽｀●)ﾉ
The batter was made with the juice and zest of two large oranges, so the cake was super fragrant and delicious tasting!

It was also my first time making homemade marshmallow from scratch!
Man, it was so light and fluffy and WONDERFUL. *______*
So completely different tasting than processed marshmallow...I think I'm ruined forever!
